Kehua Supports China Mobile's Liquid Cooling Cabinet Decoupling

30 Jul 2025

With the official launch of China Mobile's Intelligent Computing Center (Nanjing), this center has become a core component of China Mobile's computing power network layout of "4+N+31+X." As the largest data center in a single park in East China, it can accommodate 18,000 racks and 300,000 servers, with a total computing power capacity of 4 EFLOPS.

In the China Mobile Intelligent Computing Center (Nanjing) project, Kehua has developed a highly decoupled system architecture based on a new modular design concept. This architecture is compatible with leading domestic liquid cooling servers, enabling the decoupling of large-scale infrastructure from liquid cooling cabinets for operators, thus facilitating the "cool" launch of computing power.

In this project, the liquid cooling micro-module cabinet has a power consumption of 42 kW, peaking close to 50 kW, with an overall solution adopting a 3:7 air-to-liquid ratio. Kehua guides the design and implementation process through digital technology, integrating core technologies such as reliable design, precise temperature control, and intelligent operation and maintenance, achieving strong performance, low energy consumption, and high reliability in the overall solution.

Strong Performance

As the core system of the liquid cooling micro-module, the CDU achieves a concentrated power density, with a single cooling capacity of up to 250 kW, meeting the heat dissipation requirements of high-density computing devices.

Low Energy Consumption

Kehua's self-developed control algorithm enables precise temperature control of high-efficiency liquid cooling CDUs, targeting the heat of each computing device accurately to ensure that every P of computing power coolly," achieving optimal energy efficiency.

High Reliability

The CDU meets the 2+1 redundancy configuration requirements, with redundant designs for key components and multiple safety guarantees. Additionally, key components support online maintenance, ensuring continuous operation of the computing power.

In the future, Kehua will continue to strive to help customers create more valuable, sustainable, and replicable liquid cooling solutions, building high-density, flexible, and low-carbon computing centers to support the thriving development of the AI industry.
