WiseAisle 8.0 modular data center solution integrates IT cabinets, power distribution units (PDU), cooling systems, cabling, and intelligent O&M into a single prefabricated micro-module, delivering full data center functionality. All components are factory-pre-engineered and modularized, allowing flexible configuration for mixed computing densities, rapid parallel construction, and on-site assembly in just 2.5 days, while AI-powered energy management and extreme-environment adaptability ensure reliable and efficient operation.

WiseAisle 8.0 features a fully modular architecture, enabling seamless scaling from single cabinets to multiple micro-modules for streamlined, user-friendly delivery.

Modular zoning supports mixed power densities (6–30kW per rack) and dynamic deployment of heterogeneous chips, boosting space and power utilization.

With deep prefabrication, single-module delivery is cut to 2.5 days (37.5% faster), while standardized designs enable 90% commonality and parallel construction of multiple modules.

Efficiency with Low-Carbon Operation

AI Energy Expert and Cooling‑Power Linkage work together to dynamically optimize control strategies based on IT load and aisle temperatures, reducing overall energy consumption.

Extended fluorine pump control maximizes free cooling utilization, while adaptive dehumidification operates under low loads without extra heating, further cutting air conditioning energy use.

A single cabinet supports up to 6 distribution modules (150kW each, 6U height) with outputs compatible for both single‑phase and three‑phase power, enabling flexible capacity expansion.

AI-Powered O&M

Cabinet-level smart locks for physical isolation, precision alarm positioning per cabinet, and logically separated tenant services with independent alarm delivery, all aggregated on one screen.

Per-rack power metering, multi-dimensional capacity visibility (power, cooling, U-space), and real-time PUE monitoring for accurate energy efficiency evaluation.

Three-level access control (cabinet → module → room), unified monitoring of power, cooling and communication links, plus 3D visualization with zoned alarm correlation for rapid fault localization.

Wide ambient temperature tolerance (-40℃ to +45℃) with intelligent frequency regulation and delayed startup ensures stable cooling and extends equipment life.
