Double Decker Rooftop PV Project in San Francisco
Last month, a 600V rooftop solar system for a resort in San Francisco was retrofitted by replacing with high efficiency Kehua 50kW UL-certified inverters, to boost power generation.
This existing solar rooftop was built with 600V architecture which brings problem of complying with the NEC code while ensuring the 1000V inverter works within MPPT range to maximize power generation.
Thanks to the wide MPPT range and multi-MPPT parallel working mode of Kehua SPI series inverter, the new system is completed by simply resetting the combiner box. The PV system is built on the rooftop of a bowling alley in a resort. The solar power is supplied to the bowling alley, which significantly reduces electricity bills. More importantly, Kehua solution dramatically cut retrofit cost, save construction time and accelerate earnings for the owner.
Wanna retrofit your PV system? Kehua is always ready to support you.
