Sales Manager - Job Description
Position:Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Builds, manages and enhances the company’s direct sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.
Successfully executes the brand and messaging strategy that positions our company as an industry leader.
Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners/distributors, System Integrators and customers.
Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develops strategies to penetrate those markets.
Other duties as may be required or assigned.
Extensive travel throughout the UK, with occasional travel to Europe and China

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role with proven track record managing multiple accounts in a large territory.
Over 3 years of experience in solar industry.
Previous experience in solar inverter sales involving clients is an advantage.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Solid knowledge of strategic selling principles and key account management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal. Second language skills like Thai/Indonesian/Spanish/Arabic/French are a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft office and Salesforce.com

Abilities:
Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work well independently.
This position may require periodic domestic and international travel.
Sales Engineer - Job Description
Position:Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of account management and demand creation within the territory
Making regular sales calls to existing customer base within the assigned territory.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing clients
Identify industry trends and product requirements
Identify opportunities to grow business and market share
Provide solution-selling consultations to customers
Work closely with key customers developing sales plans that will allow them to reach their sales objectives
Regional and major industry shows within the assigned territory

Position Requirements:
BS/BA Degree
3years work experience in B2B sales of industrial products via direct, indirect channels, distribution
Experience in successfully developing and implementing pricing strategies and incentive systems
Regular travel within the assigned sales territory.
Knowledge of photovoltaic inverters, PV Balance-of-Systems, power electronics, and power distribution systems
Experience in consultative selling technical solutions and ability to perform financial analysis
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft office and Salesforce.com

Technical Support Engineer - Job Description
Position:Technical Support Engineer
The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical expertise and engineering to support the solar inverter team. In this role you will provide engineering technical support to key products.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the local field technicians in high-level cases
Interface with service, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and product leadership teams to expediently resolve technical issues
Analyze the failure and availability statistics of the installed fleet to identify failure trends in an early phase and to initiate corrective actions
Work with the functional technical support team to increase the system performance, based on statistical data
Collaborate with global technical support teams to improve product support by tracking issues, projects and associated reports and driving process improvements
Team with product engineers to define product support documentation and deliver content for publication
Field test and lab test of prototype retrofits and verification of the technical documentation to meet the field engineering needs

Qualifications/Requirements::
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
Minimum 2 years of working knowledge on solar inverter products or related field
Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
Strong customer focus, safety and quality mindset
Familiarity with Instrumentation and measurement of power converter products
Anticipates customer needs and ensures they are met
Strong oral and written communication skills

Product Engineer - Job Description
Position:Product Engineer
Responsibilities:
Be a driving force behind creative new commercial PV ideas, solutions and innovations related to solar electronics, storage
Define customer and market requirements that lead to industry leading products and solutions
Assist Solutions Management and sales by performing primary market research and competitive analysis to define market requirements, position current products relative to the competitions
Identify new market potential and build business cases for new product and solutions, while also considering the needs of target markets
Assess the suitability of new technologies and their deployment in future product implementation
Provide strategic recommendations during product planning stages
Manage and coordinate product launch activities with marketing, sales, production, technical support and R&D teams from initial concept through volume production
Support the writing of technical articles, press releases and white papers tailored to the targeted market segments and focused on our products and solutions

Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
Three (3) year’s work experience in electronic applications, preferably in the photovoltaic technology, power electronics or a related industry
Strong technical understanding of photovoltaic systems, solar inverter technologies and renewable energy integration is a significant asse
Strong research skills, including online research, and in-person, email and phone interviews
